Enter an RNA sequence with or without dot/bracket notation for comparison to the R-BIND library
Upon entering an RNA sequence of interest, the algorithm will conduct a minimum free energy prediction
of its secondary structure and identify elements such as bulges, internal loops, and apical loops. If the
dot-bracket notation is provided, the search will be conducted based on the given structure rather than the
minimum free energy prediction. It will then compare these structures to those found in the R-BIND database
looking for identical RNA elements (not-sequence based) and output the ligands that bind those targets.
